45-50 Watt Combo für Gitarre, 4x 10", Baujahr 1965-1972. Tremolo, Spitzname: "Bluesbreaker". Bis 1966 stand noch "JTM45MKIV" auf der Frontplatte (45 Watt, integriertes 1987 Chassis), danach "JTM50MKIV" (50 Watt). Ab 1968 ohne solch einen Aufdruck.
